This is probably the best way to cook a roast in the world!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Bottom round
3 lbs
Dry onion soup mix
1 packet
Water
2 tbsps
Condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 oz) can
30-inch long piece of foil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 300° F (150° C).
- Place foil into the bottom of a roasting pan. Place the meat on the foil.
- Mix mushroom soup and onion soup mix in a bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the roast. Sprinkle the roast with 2 tbsps water. Fold foil over. Seal the edges of the foil.
- Bake for 4 hours. Serve and enjoy your Pot Roast!
