This easy potato snack will delight everyone!

Potato, sliced paper-thin

Vegetable oil
1 tbsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Pour oil into a plastic bag and add the potato. Sake the bag to coat the slices.
- Coat dinner plate with oil. In a single layer, arrange potato on the dish.
- Cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes (until lightly browned). Remove the potato slices and season with salt. Let them cool. Repeat with the remaining slices.
