INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Potatoes
5, peeled, shredded
Eggs
2, beaten
Onion
1, finely chopped
All-purpose flour
3 tbsp.
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Vegetable oil
3 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all but the last ingredient (from potatoes to pepper) in a large bowl.
  2. Add oil to a large skillet and heat it over a medium-high heat.
  3. Place potato batter, in large drops, into the skillet and flatten them a bit with a spatula.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes per side, or until they become golden brown. Serve.
