White sugar
3/4 cup
Eggs

Prepared 8-inch pastry shells

Pumpkin puree
1 (15-oz) can
Ground cinnamon
1 1/4 tsps
Ground ginger
1/2 tsp
Ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C/Gas mark 4).
- In a bowl, beat together cheese and sugar. Then, add pumpkin puree, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger. Gradually beat in eggs. Add salt and beat until the mixture is creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared shells.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Use a knife to check for doneness: insert it in the center and check if it comes out clean. Allow the Pumpkin Cheesecake to cool before serving.
