Chicken noodle soup is very easy to assemble, can be cooked any season, and is so hearty and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Chicken thighs
1 lb., boneless, skinless
Canned mushrooms
8 oz., drained
Chicken broth
3 cups
Onion powder
1 tsp.
Garlic powder
1 tsp.
Italian seasoning
½ tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Black pepper
1 pinch., ground
Heavy cream
1 cup
Egg noodles
4 oz.
DIRECTIONS
- Take a crock and place all the ingredients but heavy cream and noodles in it.
- Cook for 3 to 4 hours on High or for 6 to 8 hours on Low, or until the chicken is cooked completely.
- Take the chicken out of the crock, dice or shred it, and return to the crock.
- Add the remaining ingredients and turn the slow cook on High.
- Cook for 15 to 30 minutes or until the noodles are softened.
