INGREDIENTS

Lime juice
3 tbsp.
Red onion
1 cup, sliced, cut lengthwise
Watermelon
15 cups, cubed
English cucumber
3 cups, cubed
Feta cheese
1 (8 oz.) package, crumbled
Fresh cilantro
½ cup
Cracked black pepper
Sea salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a separate bowl, add lime juice to red onions and stir gently. Let the mixture stand while you’re assembling the salad.
  2. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add the marinated onions, serve.
