INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Lean ground beef 
1 1/2 lbs
Eggs 
2, beaten
Ketchup 
1/4 cup
Steak sauce 
2 tbsps
Buttery round crackers 
1/2 cup, crushed
Cheddar cheese 
3/4 cup, shredded
Dry onion soup mix 
1 (1 oz) package
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. In a bowl, combine beef, crackers, cheese, and soup mix. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, ketchup, and sauce. Add the egg mixture to the meat. Add water if seems too dry. Press the meat mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake for 45 min until the meatloaf reaches 160° F (71° C). Enjoy your Classic Beef Meatloaf!
