INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 lb.
Italian-style salad dressing
½ cup
Juice of ½ lime
Honey
1 ½ tsp.
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice chicken thinly into strips.
  2. Whisk Italian-style dressing with honey and lime juice.
  3. Transfer sliced chicken into a 9x13-in baking dish; top with the dressing, make sure you cover the chicken completely. Cover with aluminum foil and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate.
  4. After 1 hour, drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add oil.
  6. Add chicken and cook stirring until the strips are slightly browned (about 12 minutes). Poke one strip with a fork to make sure the juices are clear.
