Condensed French onion soup
1 (10.5 oz.) can
1 ½ lbs.
Dry bread crumbs
Ground black pepper
- Prepare a large bowl and add 1/3 cup of condensed soup, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper to it.
- Form 6 oval patties and brown both sides of them in a large skillet, over a medium-high heat. Discard the excess fat.
- Prepare a separate small bowl, add flour and the rest of the soup, and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over meat, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes stirring from time to time.
