Easy Salisbury Steak

INGREDIENTS
    • Condensed French onion soup – 1 (10.5 oz.) can
    • Ground beef – 1 ½ lbs.
    • Dry bread crumbs – ½ cup
    • 1 egg
    • Salt – ¼ tsp.
    • Ground black pepper – 1/8 tsp.
    • All-purpose flour – 1 tbsp.
    • Ketchup – ¼ cup
    • Water – ¼ cup
    • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp.
    • Mustard powder – ½ tsp.
INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Prepare a large bowl and add 1/3 cup of condensed soup, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper to it.
    2. Form 6 oval patties and brown both sides of them in a large skillet, over a medium-high heat. Discard the excess fat.
    3. Prepare a separate small bowl, add flour and the rest of the soup, and blend until smooth.
    4. Pour the mixture over meat, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes stirring from time to time.
