Flavorful and easy, these homemade salmon cakes always disappear quickly!
INGREDIENTS

Salmon
1 (14.75 oz) can, drained, flaked
Onion
1, minced
Egg

Fresh parsley
2 tbsps, chopped
All-purpose flour
2 tbsps
Butter
1/4 cup
Olive oil
3 tbsps
Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp
Hot pepper sauce
1/8 tbsp
Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, mix flaked salmon, minced onion, egg, hot pepper sauce, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, ground black pepper, Cheddar, and fresh parsley. Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Dust with all-purpose flour. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- Heat butter and oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Cook the Salmon Cakes for 10 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
