Salmon is good on its own but when complemented with lemon and dill it becomes irresistibly delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Salmon fillets
1 lb.
Butter
¼ cup
Lemon juice
5 tbsp.
Dried dill weed
1 tbsp.
Garlic powder
¼ tsp.
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste, freshly ground
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Prepare a medium-sized baking dish and grease it lightly.
- Combine butter and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Put salmon in the baking dish and drizzle the mixture over it.
- Season fish with all the remaining ingredients, from dill weed to pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
