Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Water

Margarine or butter
1 tsp
Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
- Combine the eggs, mayonnaise and water in a small bowl. Whisk together using a fork.
- In a skillete, melt margarine over low heat. Pour in the eggs and stir constantly.
- Remove the eggs to a plate when they are set, but still moist. Don't add salt or pepper until eggs are on plate.
