Eggs

Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp
Water
1 tsp
Margarine or butter
1 tsp
Salt and pepper
  to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the eggs, mayonnaise and water in a small bowl. Whisk together using a fork.
  2. In a skillete, melt margarine over low heat. Pour in the eggs and stir constantly.
  3. Remove the eggs to a plate when they are set, but still moist. Don't add salt or pepper until eggs are on plate.
