You can vary the ingredients a bit adding your favorite culinary supers like onion or tomato!
INGREDIENTS

Ground turkey
1 ½ lbs.
Dry onion soup mix
1 (1 oz.) package
Ground black pepper
½ tsp.
Garlic powder
½ tsp.
Soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp.
Egg
1, lightly beaten
Hamburger buns
6, split
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the first six ingredients (from ground turkey to the beaten egg) in a large bowl. Keep the mixture in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Form 6 patties.
- Heat the grill to medium-heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Put the turkey patties on the grill, cook for 20 minutes (turning once) or until cooked through. When the patties are ready, they will look whitish inside.
- Serve the patties on buns. Enjoy!
