These Sesame Noodles are the perfect weeknight dinner! Healthy and so, so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Linguine pasta
1 (16 oz) package
Chili sauce
2 tsps
Green onions
6, sliced
Sesame seeds
1 tsp, toasted
Garlic
6 cloves, minced
Sugar
6 tbsps
Safflower oil
6 tbsps
Rice vinegar
6 tbsps
Soy sauce
6 tbsps
Sesame oil
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water in a pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Add linguine pasta and cook for 10 minutes (until al dente). Drain. Transfer the cooked pasta to a serving bowl.
- Meanwhile, cook garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, oil, vinegar, and chili sauce over medium-high heat in a saucepan. Stirring, bring to a boil.
- Pour the garlic mixture over the cooked pasta. Add sesame seeds and green onions. Toss to coat. Serve and enjoy your Sesame Noodles!
