INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Soy sauce 
1 cup
Brown sugar 
1 cup
Water 
1 cup 
Garlic, minced 
4 cloves
Onion, chopped 
Grated fresh ginger root 
1 tbsp
Ground black pepper 
1 tbsp
Dried oregano 
1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper flakes 
1 tsp
Ground cayenne pepper 
1 tsp
Ground paprika 
1 tsp
Skinless chicken thighs 
5 pounds
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, onion, ginger, black pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Whisk together. Add the chicken. Toss to coat. Put the bowl in the fridge for an hour, covered. 
  2. Preheat the grill for medium heat. Oil the grate. 
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Cook the thighs until cooked through, 15 minutes each side.
