Salad: Shrimp Egg Salad
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
cooked shrimp - peeled, deveined, and chopped
hard-cooked eggs, chopped
mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
chopped fresh dill
green leaf lettuce
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, mix together the shrimp, eggs, mayonnaise and mustard. Spoon onto lettuce leaves to serve.
