INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
White rice
1 ½ cups, uncooked
Water
3 cups
Vegetable oil
4 tbsp
Fresh bean sprouts
1 cup
Onion
½ cup, chopped
Medium shrimp
1 ½ cups, cooked, peeled, deveined, without tail
Green onion
¼ cup, chopped
Eggs, beaten
2
Salt
1 tsp
Ground black pepper
¼ tsp
Soy sauce
4 tbsp

DIRECTIONS
  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan, add rice, and stir it. Reduce heat, cover the saucepan, and keep simmering rice for 20 min. Then set aside to let rice cool down.
  2. Preheat a large frying pan for 2 min. When it’s hot enough, add oil, bean sprouts and onions. Stir the mixture and cook for 3 min.
  3. Add the cooled rice and shrimp and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients (from green onion to sesame oil) and cook for 4 more minutes, stirring all the time.
  5. When the eggs are ready and the mixture is evenly blended the dish is ready. Remove it from heat and serve.
