Appetizer: Shrimp Scampi Bake
INGREDIENTS

Butter
1 cup
Dijon-style mustard
2 tbsp., prepared
Fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp.
Garlic
1 tbsp., chopped
Fresh parsley
1 tbsp., chopped
Raw shrimp
2 lbs., medium size, shelled, deveined, with tails attached
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 450° F/230° C/Gas Mark 8.
- Prepare a small saucepan, heat it over a medium heat, and add butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Remove the mixture from heat when it melts completely.
- Take a large baking dish and arrange shrimp in it. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink.
