INGREDIENTS

Lemon juice
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup
Salt
1 tsp
Brown sugar
1 tbsp
Sesame oil
1 tsp
Peanut oil
1/2 cup
Skinless, boneless salmon fillets
8 (4-oz)
Ground ginger
1 1/2 tsps
Paprika
1 tsp
Black pepper
1 tsp
Red pepper flakes
1 tsp, crushed
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Green onions
1/4 cup, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, paprika, pepper, and soy sauce, salt, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes until salt dissolves. Add garlic, sesame oil, green onions, and peanut oil. Stir well.
- Pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add salmon and toss to coat. Marinate for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
