INGREDIENTS

Pace Picante Sauce
1 (16 oz.) jar
Molasses
½ cup
Cider vinegar
¼ cup
Reduced Sodium Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp.
1 large onion, sliced
Beef brisket
3 lb.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the picante sauce, molasses, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and onion in a 5-quart slow-cooker. Add beef and turn to coat. You might need to trim the brisket to fit in the slow-cooker.
  2. Cover the slow-cooker and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
