Onion
½ , diced
Garlic
2 tsp, minced
Boneless venison roast
1 lb
Ketchup
½ cup
Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup
Soy sauce
¼ cup
Chile-garlic sauce
¼ cup
Liquid smoke
¼ tsp
Water
1/3 cup
Salt
2 tsp
Pepper
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- Pour olive oil in a skillet and heat over medium heat. Toss in onion and cook until softened for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.
- Put venison roast in a slow cooker and add onion mixture. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the venison.
- Cover the slow cooker and continue cooking on low until tender for 4 to 5 hours.
