INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Venison roast
3 lbs., boneless
1 apple, large, cored, cut into quarters
2 onions, small, sliced
Garlic
4 cloves, crushed
Boiling water
1 cup
Beef bouillon
1 cube
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add olive oil to a slow cooker bowl, place the venison in the bowl, and cover meat with apple, onions, and garlic cloves.
  2. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or until the roast is tender.
  3. Remove venison from the slow cooker, place it on a serving platter, and discard the apple.
  4. Add water and bullion to the slow cooker and stir until the bullion is dissolved.
  5. Serve the sauce with the roast.
