1 chuck roast (3 lb.)
Garlic powder
1 tsp.
Onion powder
1 tsp.
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Barbecue sauce
1 (18 oz.) bottle
DIRECTIONS
- Put the chuck roast in a slow cooker, sprinkle with garlic and onion powder and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the meat and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Get meat out of the slow cooker, shred, and return to the slow cooker.
- Cook for 1 hour and serve.
