Slow cooker beef stroganoff: Serve over hot pasta, noodles, or rice! Easy to make and simply mouthwatering!
INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil
2 tbsps
Beef bouillon
3 cubes
Sour cream
1 cup
Round steak
1 1/2 lbs, cubed
All-purpose flour
1/2 cup
Condensed golden mushroom soup
2 (10.75 oz) cans
Water
3 1/2 cups
DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
- Roll beef in all-purpose flour. Saute the beef in the skillet for 5 minutes (until browned). Then, transfer to the slow cooker. Top the beef with mushroom soup, water, and beef bouillon.
- Cook on HIGH for 8 hours. During the last 30 minutes, stir in sour cream. Serve and enjoy your Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff!
