INGREDIENTS

Rump roast 
1 (5 lbs)
Water 
3 cups
Salt 
1 tsp
Ground black pepper 
1 tsp
Dried oregano 
1 tsp
Garlic powder 
1 tsp
Bay leaf 
1
Dry Italian-style salad dressing mix 
1 (7 oz) package
Dried basil 
1 tsp
Onion salt 
1 tsp
Dried parsley 
1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour water in a saucepan. Add salt, bay leaf, black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, onion salt, dried parsley, garlic powder, and dressing mix. Stir. Bring to a boil.
  2. Place beef in the slow cooker. Pour the mixture over the beef.
  3. Cover. Cook on LOW for 12 hours. Then, discard bay leaf. Shred with a fork. Enjoy your Italian Beef!
