INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti sauce
24 oz.
Ground beef
1 lb.
Ricotta cheese
15 oz.
Water
1 cup
Mozzarella cheese, divided
7 oz.
Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup
Egg

Lasagna noodles

Parsley, chopped

DIRECTIONS
  1. Take a large frying pan. Cook meat in it until the meat turns brown. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Stir in. Mix egg, ½ cups mozzarella, parsley, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, and ricotta.
  2. Add 1 cup meat sauce to a crock-pot. After that, top with layers of lasagna noodles and the cheese mixture, then cover with 2 cups meat sauce. Take remaining lasagna noodles and break them if they don’t fit. Top with broken lasagna noodles, sauce, and cheese mixture. Cover the crock-pot.
  3. Adjust heat to low and cook for about four hours. Add remaining cheeses and let them melt.
