INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Potatoes, peeled and cubed
8 pounds
1 small onion, chopped
Butter
 2 tbsp.
Chicken bouillon
2 cubes
Dried parsley
 2 tbsp.
Water
 6 cups
Milk
 2 cups
All-purpose flour
1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put potatoes, butter, onion, chicken bouillon cubes, parsley and water into a slow cooker. Set on low and cook for about 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Around half an hour before serving, combine milk and flour and whisk to make sure there are no lumps. Stir the mixture into the soup. Cook for 30 minutes or until the soup is creamy.
