INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Pork tenderloin
2 lb.
Root beer
12 fl. oz.
Barbecue sauce
18 oz.
Hamburger buns
8, split and toasted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put the pork tenderloin into a crock-pot. Then pour some root beer all over the meat. Cover the pot and let the meat simmer. In 6 or 7 hours, the meat should be easy to shred. It may take you more time (or less) depending on your cooker.
  2. Let the meat drain and then add the BBQ sauce. After that, put the meat on the hamburger buns.
