INGREDIENTS

Soy sauce
1 tsp.
Cornstarch
1 tsp.
Sesame oil
1 tsp.
Snow peas
½ lb
Carrots
½ cup
Chicken broth
½ cup
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk soy with cornstarch until there are no more lumps. Set the mixture aside.
- Add sesame oil to a skillet, heat to medium. Stir-fry peas and carrots for 2 minutes. Add broth, cover with a lid, and turn heat down to low, let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Quickly add soy-cornstarch mixture, stir. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl until cornstarch is completely dissolved; set aside.
