1/2 cup
1 large onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cups boiling water
All-purpose flour
2 tbsp.
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and then dredge in 1/2 cup flour. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and lightly brown.
  2. Transfer pork chops in slow cooker, and place onion slices on top. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water and pour into the slow cooker. Place the lid on, and cook on Low setting for 7 to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 200°F/95°C.
  4. Transfer the cooked chops to the oven to keep warm. In a bowl, blend 2 tablespoons flour with sour cream; mix into meat juices. Set slow cooker to High for 15 to 30 minutes to lightly thicken the sauce. Serve sauce over pork chops.
