INGREDIENTS

Butter
1 tbsp
Boneless pork roast
2 lbs, cut into chunks
Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp
Water
4 cups
Liquid smoke flavoring
1 tbsp
Onion
1, chopped
Garlic
4 cloves, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Season the pork with Cajun seasoning.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the meat. Brown on all sides. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until tender. Stir in 4 cups water scraping the bottom; pour the mixture into the slow cooker. Stir in the flavoring.
- Cover the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours. Then, shred the pork. Enjoy your Southern Style Pulled Pork!
