This spicy and hearty crockpot chicken soup will warm your insides! It is easy to prepare, and many herbs and seasonings make the flavor unique.

Chicken broth
5 cups
White wine
1 cup
1 cup
1 onion, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 large carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 large stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 tsp.
Ground black pepper
1 tsp.
Curry powder
1/2 tbsp.
Dried sage
1/2 tbsp.
Poultry seasoning
Dried oregano
1/2 tbsp.
Ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.s
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 fresh red chile pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 (12 ounce) package dried rice noodles
  1. In a slow cooker on low heat, mix together chicken broth, water wine, green onion, onion, garlic, celery, carrots, salt, black pepper, curry, sage, oregano, poultry seasoning, and cayenne.
  2. Brown chicken in an oiled skillet over medium heat. Transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. Cook for 8 hours on Low setting or 5 hours on High setting.
  4. Stirring in red pepper: about halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Stirring in noodles: about 15 minutes prior to serving.
