INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Salt
¾ tsp.
Black pepper
¼ tsp.
Cayenne pepper
¼ tsp.
Paprika
1/8 tsp.
Garlic powder
¼ tsp.
Onion powder
1/8 tsp.
Dried thyme
¼ tsp.
Dried parsley
¼ tsp.
Chicken breast halves
4, boneless, skinless
Butter
2 tbsp.
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Garlic powder
2 tsp.
Lime juice
3 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add the first 8 ingredients (from salt to parsley) to a small bowl.
  2. Season the both sides of chicken breast with the spice mixture.
  3. Add butter and olive oil to a large skillet and heat over a medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook for about 6 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle chicken breasts with garlic powder and lime juice and cook for 5 more minutes. Stir often to let chicken be evenly coated with the sauce.
