INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Vegetable oil
1/3 cup
Lime juice
2 tbsp.
Grated lime zest
1/2 tsp.
Crushed garlic
2 cloves
Fresh oregano
1 1/2 tsp.
Red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp.
Salt
1 tsp.
Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Place chicken into the bowl, and toss to coat with marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning chicken occasionally.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Remove chicken from marinade, shaking off excess marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken for 6 to 8 minutes each side, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
