This spicy and crazily tasty grilled shrimp recipe is an easy but impressive seafood dish!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Garlic
1 clove
Kosher salt
1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper
½ tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Olive oil
2 tbsps
Lemon juice
2 tsps
Large shrimp
2 lb, peeled, spinal vein removed
Lemons, cut into wedges, for serving

DIRECTIONS
- Fire up the grill to preheat to medium.
- Peel and crush garlic, stir with salt, cayenne, paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Add shrimp to a large bowl, top with the mixture from the small bowl, toss till thoroughly coated.
- Brush grill grate with oil. Cook spice-coated shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Serve in a large dish garnished with wedged lemons.
