INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Potato
1, peeled and cubed
Tuna
4 (3-oz) can, drained
Onion 
1/4 cup, chopped 
Dijon mustard 
1 tbsp
Egg 
1
Dry breadcrumbs 
1 tbsp
Garlic powder 
  1 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning 
1 tsp
Cayenne pepper 
1/4 tsp
Salt 
to taste
Ground black pepper 
 to taste
Olive oil 
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a pot, cover the potato with water. Add salt. Bring to a boil over high. Then, simmer for 20 minutes over medium-low, covered, until tender. Drain. Allow to steam dry for 1 minute. Mash the potato. 
  2. Add fish, onion, mustard, egg, crumbs, garlic, seasoning, cayenne, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix into the potato until blended. Divide into 8 parts. Shape into patties. 
  3. In a skillet over medium, heat oil. Fry the cakes for 3 minutes on each side, or until crisp. Serve and enjoy your Spicy Tuna Fish Cakes!
