Cheese tortellini with delicious tomato sauce and spinach. Easy and yummy!
INGREDIENTS

Cheese tortellini
1 (16 oz) package
Diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
1 (14.5 oz) can
Salt
1/2 tsp
Milk
3/4 cup
Heavy cream
3/4 cup
Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup, grated
Pepper
1/4 tsp
Dried basil
1 1/2 tsps
Garlic
1 tsp, minced
All-purpose flour
2 tbsps
Fresh spinach
1 cup, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Add tortellini and cook for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine diced tomatoes, dried basil, fresh spinach, salt, pepper, and garlic over medium heat. Stirring, cook until bubbles appear.
- Whisk together flour, milk, and heavy cream in a bowl. Stir into the saucepan. Add Parmesan. Heat through. Reduce to low and continue cooking for about 2 minutes.
- Drain the tortellini. Add them to the saucepan. Stir. Serve and enjoy your Tomato Tortellini!
