soy milk
rolled oats
banana, broken into chunks
frozen strawberries
vanilla extract
white sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
