Crushed pretzels

Butter, melted

Frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz) container
Strawberry flavored Jell-O
2 (3 oz) packages
Frozen strawberries
2 (10 oz) packages
Cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) package
White sugar
1 cup
Boiling water
2 cups
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- Mix pretzels, butter, and 3 tbsps sugar. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a baking dish (9x13 inch). Bake for 10 about minutes (until set). Set the dish aside to let it cool.
- Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a large mixing bowl. Fold in whipped topping and spread the mixture onto the crust.
- In boiling water, dissolve gelatin. Stir in frozen strawberries and let them set. When the mixture reaches the consistency of egg whites, spread over cream cheese. Keep in the fridge until set.
