WARNING: These stuffed jalapeno poppers are extra HOT!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Jalapeno peppers
12, halved lengthwise
Jalapeno bacon
12 slices, cut in half
Toothpicks
Cream cheese
1 (8 oz) package, softened
Cajun seasoning
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven's broiler. Set the rack about 6 inches from the heat.
- Fill peppers with cheese. Sprinkle the seasoning. Wrap with a slice of bacon. Insert toothpicks. Arrange the peppers on the broiler rack.
- Broil for 8 to 15 minutes on each side (until the bacon is crisp). Enjoy your Jalapeno Poppers!
