These ground turkey Stuffed shells are very easy to make and will be a crowd pleaser!

Jumbo pasta shells
1 (12 ounce) package
Mushrooms, diced
8 ounces
Garlic, minced
3 cloves
Onion, chopped
Ground turkey
1 pound s
Salt and pepper to taste
Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (10 ounce) package
Chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp.
Cottage cheese
2 cups
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 cup
Spaghetti sauce
1 (32 ounce) jar
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (8 ounce) package
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta shells and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Set aside.
  3. In a large frying pan sauté onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Add ground turkey and cook until evenly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, and mix in spinach, parsley, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Stuff the cooked shells with the mixture, and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Cover with foil, and bake in preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until heated through.
