These Candied Pecans make for a delicious snack for both kids and grownups!
INGREDIENTS

Pecans
1 lb.
Egg white
1
Water
1 tbsps.
Sugar
1 cup
Salt
¾ tsp.
Ground cinnamon
½ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven up to 250°F/130°C/gas mark ½. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Mix egg white and water in a medium-sized bowl. Whip together until the mixture appears bubbly. Mix salt, cinnamon, and sugar together in another bowl.
- Add pecan halves to the egg mixture. Stir until the pecans are coated. Remove the pecans and place them in the sugar mixture. Stir until the nuts are coated. Then place them on the greased baking sheet.
- Stirring every 10 minutes, bake the pecans for 1 hour.
