INGREDIENTS

Beef flank steak
1 lb, sliced
Peanut oil
1 tbsp
Green onions
2, sliced
Soy sauce
1/4 cup
Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp
Sesame oil
1 tbsp
White sugar
2 tbsps
Garlic
1 tbsp, minced
Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, white sugar, and pepper flakes. Add beef. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- In a large skillet, heat peanut oil over high heat. Add sliced onion. Cook for 5 seconds. Add beef. Stirring, cook for 6 minutes, until the beef is beginning to brown. Serve and enjoy your Mongolian Beef!
