Covered with heavenly gravy, these easy Swedish Meatballs are so deliciously light, creamy, flavorful!
INGREDIENTS

Egg

Condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 oz) can
Evaporated milk
1 (12 fl oz) can
Parsley
1 tbsp, chopped
Milk
1/4 cup
Ground beef
1 lb
Dry cream of wheat cereal
1/4 cup
Onion
1/4 cup, minced
Condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 oz) can
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl. Add ground beef, dry cream of wheat cereal, and minced onion. Mix. Shape the mixture into balls. Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it. Place meatballs on it.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare a casserole dish by greasing it. Place meatballs in it.
- Combine condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed cream of chicken soup, and evaporated milk in a medium-sized. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Pour the soup mixture over the meatballs.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle Swedish Meatballs with parsley, Enjoy!
