Here's how to get perfectly savory spiced nuts!
INGREDIENTS

Cooking spray
Unsalted, roasted almonds
1 cup
Unsalted, roasted cashews
1 cup
Walnut halves
1 cup
Pecan halves
1 cup
Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp
White sugar
1/2 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Salt
1 tsp
Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
Ground cumin
1/4 tsp
Butter
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil. Coat with spray.
- Combine nuts in a bowl. Add ground black pepper, salt, ground cumin, and cayenne. Toss to coat.
- In a saucepan over medium, melt butter with sugar and water. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Pour over the nuts. Stir. Arrange the nuts on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Stir to coat. Spread the nuts into a single layer. Bake for 5 minutes, or until roasted. Before serving, allow the party nuts to cool.
