INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
2 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
Salt to taste
Dijon mustard
2 tbsp.
Prepared yellow mustard
2 tbsp.
Honey
3 tbsp.
Cider vinegar
2 tsp.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Hot pepper sauce
1 tsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F/230°C/Gas Mark 8. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil greased with cooking spray.
  2. Place the wings on the baking sheet leaving space between them; sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden-brown and crispy on top, about 20 minutes. Flip the wings with tongs and bake until the juices run clear, about 20 minutes more.
  4. Mix the Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in large bowl. Place the wings to the bowl and toss with a spatula to coat evenly. Allow to sit for about five minutes and toss again to re-coat. Transfer to a serving plate.
