INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Water
4 tbsp.
Ketchup
2 tbsp.
Soy sauce
1 tbsp.
Cornstarch
2 tsp.
Honey
1 tsp.
Crushed red pepper
½ tsp.
Ground ginger
¼ tsp.
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp.
Green onions
¼ cup
Garlic minced
4 cloves, minced
Cooked shrimp
13 oz., tails removed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a medium-sized bowl (from water to ginger) and set aside.
  2. Prepare a large skillet, add oil, add onion and garlic and cook for about 30 sec.
  3. Add shrimp. Add the bowl ingredients. Toss to coat.
  4. Cook stirring until the sauce thickens.
