An easy yet impressive dish for your hot summer party!
INGREDIENTS

Water
4 tbsp.
Ketchup
2 tbsp.
Soy sauce
1 tbsp.
Cornstarch
2 tsp.
Honey
1 tsp.
Crushed red pepper
½ tsp.
Ground ginger
¼ tsp.
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp.
Green onions
¼ cup
Garlic minced
4 cloves, minced
Cooked shrimp
13 oz., tails removed
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a medium-sized bowl (from water to ginger) and set aside.
- Prepare a large skillet, add oil, add onion and garlic and cook for about 30 sec.
- Add shrimp. Add the bowl ingredients. Toss to coat.
- Cook stirring until the sauce thickens.
