Crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) package, refrigerated
Ground beef
1 lb.
Taco seasoning mix
1 (1 oz.) package
Sour cream
1 (16 oz.) container
Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
8 oz.
Tortilla chips
1 (14 oz.) bag, crushed
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/ Gas Mark 4.
  2. Prepare a square cake pan, lay the rolls on its bottom, and bake according to package directions.
  3. Cook beef in a large skillet over a medium-high heat until brown, then add taco seasoning and mix well.
  4. When the roll dough is ready, remove it from oven, and top with the beef mixture.
  5. Add one layer of sour cream and one layer of cheese and top them with nacho chips.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
