Crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) package, refrigerated
Ground beef
1 lb.
Taco seasoning mix
1 (1 oz.) package
Sour cream
1 (16 oz.) container
Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
8 oz.
Tortilla chips
1 (14 oz.) bag, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/ Gas Mark 4.
- Prepare a square cake pan, lay the rolls on its bottom, and bake according to package directions.
- Cook beef in a large skillet over a medium-high heat until brown, then add taco seasoning and mix well.
- When the roll dough is ready, remove it from oven, and top with the beef mixture.
- Add one layer of sour cream and one layer of cheese and top them with nacho chips.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
