INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Chicken breast meat
1 pound, skinless and boneless
Chili powder
1 tsp
Lettuce
1 pound, chopped
Medium salsa
¾ (8 ounces) jar
Ranch-style salad dressing
1 (8 ounce) bottle
Cheddar cheese
1 cup, shredded
Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup, shredded
Black olives
¼ cup, chopped
Tortilla chips
1 cup, crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take a medium skillet and cook the chicken breasts over medium high heat, about 12-16 minutes. When the chicken is cooked through, switch off the flame and let cool slightly. Slice into strips.
  2. Take a large bowl. Toss all the ingredients together. Let the mixture cool before serving.
